Visor head: a wide band, camera at the side

A wide band with a steep chin and wrap-around ends: the screen fills the middle, two brow lines run across it, and the camera sits in the left end. The Visor head is 90 x 31.6 x 58 mm and 45.1 g of PETG in 5 printed pieces, with a 2 inch touch screen, a camera, a speaker and an ESP32-S3 camera board inside. On the Mini v2's body it makes a bot that costs $363.04 CAD built and tested by 3D3D, $0.15 more than the Gem head.

What it is

Every head holds the same bought parts, so a swap changes the printed grams and the plates, not the parts list: the Waveshare 2" capacitive touch LCD (18-pin FPC option) ($29.99), the Waveshare ESP32-S3-CAM-OV5640 board (camera and 2 W speaker in the box) ($37.99), two M3 heat-set inserts and the snap hooks. Its seat is the same on every body, so it fits all 5.

Its face, voice and moves run in the test room today. The program that runs them on the real ESP32-S3 chip is not built yet.

The difference is the printed grams and the plates: printing is $5.00 setup plus $0.11 a gram plus bed time for each plate. This head uses the Gem's three colours (teal, bone and glow), so it adds no plate.
