Privacy
Plain words on what we keep. 3D3D Bots is run by 3D3D in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada. Questions or requests: info@3d3d.ca.
Always, for everyone
- Page counts by Cloudflare Web Analytics: which pages are opened and roughly from where. It sets no cookie and does not follow you across sites.
- Your designs, faces, sounds and moves are kept in your own browser (local storage) so they are there next time. They leave your browser only if you sign in and save them to your account, or download them.
- Your choice on the banner is kept in your browser so we do not ask again.
Only if you press Allow
We record how the editors are used so we can make them better: the pages you open, the buttons you press and the settings you change (which control and, for pickers and sliders, the value; never what you type into a text box), errors, how long pages take to load and how long you stay. These come with a random code made in your browser for this browser, your country from your connection, and your browser's name. You can change your mind any time on your account page; after Essentials only, nothing more is recorded.
If you sign in
Signing in uses your Google account. We keep your name, email address, profile picture and Google account number, the bots you save, and a sign-in code in a cookie that only this site can read (it lasts 30 days). We never see your Google password.
If you ask for a bot
An order request keeps what you typed (your name, email, where it ships to and your note), the design and the prices shown, so the 3D3D team can check it and email you an invoice. It is kept as a business record; write to info@3d3d.ca to see it or ask for it to be deleted. It is part of the download on your account page.
Where it is kept and for how long
On Cloudflare (our host), in a database we control. Usage events are kept for up to 24 months; your account and saved bots until you delete them. We do not sell it, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
Your rights
On your account page you can download everything we have about you, and delete your account with your saved bots and your usage data. You can also write to info@3d3d.ca to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to complain; you may also contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
